  • How long will my delivery take to arrive?

    This is dependent across each product and the chosen delivery method. Please allow for up to 3/4 days for the product to be produced and packaged. Delivery methods available include Royal Mail 24 tracked, 48 tracked, 1st class large letter or free local delivery. 

  • What payment methods can I use?

    There are several payment methods available at checkout, including: 


    - Debit/ Credit Card

    - Paypal

    - Apple Pay

    - Free delivery within catchment area 

  • Am I able to get a refund?

    Provided the item has not been used/ opened or contains a personalised element, you are eligable for a refund if dissatisfied with the product. However, it is the customer's responisblility to return the product and for it's sending fee (via royal mail). 


    If there is any damage to the product, please contact us via the options on the 'Contact Us' page explaining the circumstance and providing photo evidence. If approved, you will recieve a full refund on the item. 

  • How can I contact you?

  • I have made a mistake in my order. How do I get it changed?

    If you have made a mistake in your order, please notify us as soon as possible via email (pipandfig@gmail.com). Due to our quick turn around, changes to your order cannot be proccesed after 24 hrs. 

  • Do you have a customisable service?

    Customers have the option to add a personalised message to their order (as seen in the shop section).
